NB: Facial cosmetic acupuncture is not suitable during pregnancy

Payment
Please be advised that payments are made in advance to secure your booking and to maximise the treatment time (including health insurance payments). The discounted pack of 5 follow up treatments is paid in full at the time of booking.
Bank transfer or card payment accepted. No cash payments please.
Health Insurance
Acupuncture is a recognised treatment for many health conditions and most private health insurance companies now cover treatment with British Acupuncture Council registered acupuncturists. Please check with your policy and insurance provider to see if you are eligible. Vanessa Rubio Acupuncture is happy to provide an invoice as proof of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the full cost. This is to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Thank you for your understanding.
